Our vegan combat boots are generally produced within approximately 5–7 business days before shipment.

Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.

Your statutory rights concerning delivery delays or non-delivery remain unaffected.

For customers benefiting from European Union consumer protection rules, you generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date you receive the goods, subject to the exceptions provided by law.

12. Legal Guarantee of Conformity

Consumers who purchase products from UNIKIFF benefit from the mandatory legal guarantees provided by applicable consumer law.

For consumers covered by French consumer law, goods are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity under the conditions provided by Articles L.217-3 and following of the French Consumer Code.

For new goods, the consumer may invoke the legal guarantee of conformity for defects appearing within two years from delivery under the conditions provided by law.

Where applicable, the consumer may request that the product be brought into conformity through repair or replacement, subject to the legal conditions governing these remedies.

If bringing the product into conformity is impossible or where the conditions provided by law are met, the consumer may be entitled to a price reduction or termination of the contract.
