Conditions for the Right of Withdrawal and Returns
Right of Withdrawal: Time Limits and Scope
Customers have 14 calendar days to express their desire to return products that do not meet their expectations, with no need to provide a justification. This period begins from the day the goods are received by the customer or a third party designated by the customer (excluding the carrier).
For orders containing multiple goods delivered separately or in batches, the period starts upon receipt of the last item or batch. If the deadline falls on a weekend or holiday, it is extended to the next working day.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that have been used or worn by the customer after delivery. This right is exercised without penalties, but the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
Conditions for Exercising the Right of Withdrawal
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must notify Unikiff.com by sending a clear request via email to contact@unikiff.com before the end of the 14-day withdrawal period.
Return and Refund Policy
The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the product. If the product cannot be returned by post due to its size or nature, the customer is liable for the associated return shipping costs.
- The product must be returned in new condition, with the original packaging, and include the return slip.
- Returns must be made within 14 days after notifying Unikiff.com of the withdrawal.
- If the product is handled in a way that goes beyond necessary testing, the customer may be liable for any depreciation in value.
Unikiff.com will process refunds, including standard delivery costs (excluding additional delivery options), without undue delay and within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal notification.
